Towards the end of February, the Chairman of the Salisbury Saintes Twinning Association invited the choir's Musical Director to give a talk to its Members at the Association's Annual General Meeting on the St John Singers visit to Saintes in Autumn last year. Attending the meeting was the Mayor of Sarum, Councillor Brian Dalton and the M.P. for Salisbury, John Glen.
The talk was illustrated with pictures taken during the trip showing views of Saintes and of the choir. (Picture is of inside Saintes Cathedral ). The talk concluded with a short video (posted on U Tube) of the choir singing at a concert in the Abbaye aux Dames in Saintes.
