For the twentieth year in succession, the St John Singers gave its very popular Charity Christmas Concert 'The Magic of Christmas' in St Thomas's Church, Salisbury.
This was the first time this conert had been held in the church as the usual venue, The Guildhall, was undergoing renovations.
The choir sang a variety of seasonal music to a large and appreciative audience. The Guest Soloist on this occasion was Jessica Broad, soprano, who delighted everyone with her singing.
The concert supported a new charity "Living Water Africa" , set up in memory of a former young member of the choir, with over £1000 being given to the charity.
