A concert which celebrated the choir's Founder and Musical Director on his stepping down after an innings of more than fourty years in a programme of some of the pieces which were 'musical milestones' in his life ending with John Rutter's 'Requiem' commemorating the thirtieth anniversary of the first UK performance of this now famous 'Requiem' which was given by the St John Singers in Salisbury Cathedral conducted by the Composer in 1986.
