We look forward to seeing everybody at our Spring Concert in the beautiful church at Downton on this lovely (we hope) Spring Saturday night. The first half will be church anthems by favourite composers such as Stanford, Wesley, and Balfour Gardiner. After a glass of wine in the interval, we will sing Faure's Requiem with our own soloists, Kerensa Houghton and Robert Blakey. As always Stephen Abbott will direct the choir, ably accompanied by Andrew Post. The organ is very much improved and profits from the concert will go to the Organ Restoration Fund to pay for the final work.
